How do digital inspections work?

From the driver's phone or the manager dashboard, open a vehicle and start an inspection using an industry-standard template. Photos, videos, mileage and GPS are stamped on each record. Inspections work offline and sync when the device reconnects.

How are defects raised and tracked?

Defects can come from an inspection or stand-alone. Each has severity (minor/major/critical), photos, status and a full audit trail. Critical defects push-notify managers immediately and can be shared with a repairing garage via a secure link.

Fleet is priced per active vehicle, billed monthly or annually through Stripe. Adding vehicles mid-period is pro-rated; removing vehicles adjusts your next invoice.
