How do I create my first job?

Go to 'New Job' from the sidebar. Enter the vehicle registration (UK/IE/ES lookup available), select or create a customer, add a description, then save. You can add costs, notes, photos, and payments from the job details page.

How do I send an invoice to a customer?

Open any job and click 'View Invoice'. From the invoice page, click 'Send' to share via email or SMS. Customers receive a secure link to view and download the invoice as a PDF. No login required for them.

How does the vehicle lookup work?

Enter a registration number when creating a job. Mekavo uses VDG (Vehicle Data Global) to fetch make, model, colour, fuel type, engine size, tyre specs, and battery details. Supports UK, Ireland, and Spain.
