There is no catch. Mekavo also makes software for workshops, fleets and parking, and those businesses pay for it, so shops start free. We take no percentage of your sales and we never sell your data. If that ever changes, we will tell you well ahead of time.
No. Your shop page is your website, and once it has a few products and its first orders, Google can list it. Your own domain is optional.
Yes: crafts, tags, flowers, clothes, gifts. Mark them as not food and sell them at your counter, for pick-up, or by post.
You do. Card payments online go straight to your own Stripe account, and Mekavo never touches them. Cash and card at your counter stay with you as they always have.
Use only the till. Your page stays off until you switch it on, and selling online is always your choice.
No. You can open your shop and sell the same day. If you take card payments online, Stripe asks you the questions the law asks of anyone paid by card, inside your own Stripe account.
