The Farm Account Advantage

Farmers are not walk-in customers. They are account customers. They expect:

  • Monthly invoicing: Not pay-per-visit. One invoice at the end of the month for all work done.
  • Flexibility: "Can you come to the yard and look at the tractor?" On-farm service calls are expected in rural Ireland.
  • Seasonal understanding: Silage season (May–September) and calving season (January–March) = urgent repairs. They cannot wait 3 days.
  • Parts on account: "Put it on my account" — they trust you to charge fairly.
