Why we built Mekavo Fleet — and why we built it for Hong Kong operators.

The big operators have in-house compliance teams and enterprise TMS budgets. We built Mekavo Fleet for everyone else — the 20-truck Kowloon logistics operator, the 8-van New Territories courier, the Hong Kong Island taxi company, the coach operator. Fleets that run Gloucester Road and Tuen Mun Road every day without making anyone's enterprise shortlist.
We looked at what those fleets were doing: paper pre-trips clipped to clipboards, WhatsApp photos of defects, a spreadsheet for driver HKID and licence renewals, a folder with Vehicle Licences and CVE pass certificates. Transport Department compliance by willpower. One roadside check or audit from real trouble. We thought that was wrong.
