The big operators have in-house compliance teams and enterprise TMS budgets. We built Mekavo Fleet for everyone else — the 20-truck Kowloon logistics operator, the 8-van New Territories courier, the Hong Kong Island taxi company, the coach operator. We looked at what those fleets were doing: paper pre-trips clipped to clipboards, WhatsApp photos of defects, a spreadsheet for driver HKID and licence renewals, a folder with Vehicle Licences and CVE pass certificates.
