We work from Leicester. There is no other office. Visits are by appointment only — we'd rather sort the issue over email or WhatsApp first, since usually that's enough.
What we are not the right people for
If you got a parking-charge notice from a third-party enforcement company at a Mekavo site, please email us and we will investigate — but a Mekavo site does not use third-party enforcement, so the notice is almost certainly from a different operator. Check the small print on the notice itself for the issuing operator's contact details.
If you've had a frustrating experience with a different parking platform and want someone to switch you over, please do email — but the most useful first step is just to read the founding article and decide if our model is the right fit.
