This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund for payments made to MEKAVO LTD (trading as "Mekavo") for our workshop management software. Mekavo is a UK-based company serving workshops in Hong Kong. All refunds are processed in HKD to your original payment method.

1. 訂閱退款

Mekavo 訂閱按月或按年收費。我們的訂閱退款政策如下：

• Within 14 days of first payment, no service used: Full refund available if you have not used any included service credits (AI credits, vehicle lookups, or SMS). This applies to your first subscription payment only.
• Service used: If you have used any included credits or features (e.g., AI chat, vehicle lookups, SMS), the service is considered consumed and the subscription payment is non-refundable. By using these services, you consent to the immediate performance of the digital service.
• After 14 days: No pro-rata refunds are given for the remaining days in your billing period. You retain access until the end of your current billing period.
• Cancellation: You can cancel at any time from your account settings or via the Stripe billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will not be charged again.

2. 短訊點數包

• 未使用點數： 如您尚未使用已購點數包中的任何短訊點數，可於購買後14天內申請全額退款。
• 部分使用： 一旦點數包中的任何點數已被使用（即已發送短訊），該點數包不予退款。您的餘額將作相應調整。
• 有效期： 短訊點數在帳戶有效期間不會過期。

3. AI 點數包

• 未使用點數： 如您尚未使用已購點數包中的任何 AI 點數，可於購買後14天內申請全額退款。
• 部分使用： 一旦任何點數已被消耗（例如 AI 對話、零件掃描、語音轉錄），該點數包不予退款。
• 每月免費額度： 訂閱附帶的每月 AI 點數免費額度為無額外費用提供，不可退款。

4. 車輛查詢增值

• 未使用餘額： 如您尚未使用增值中的任何查詢餘額，可於購買後14天內申請全額退款。
• 部分使用： 一旦任何查詢餘額已被使用（即已執行車牌查詢），該增值不予退款。
• 餘額保留： 查詢餘額在帳戶有效期間不會過期。

5. 服務使用及退款資格

購買訂閱或點數包即表示您確認並同意：

• Using any included or purchased service credits (AI, SMS, vehicle lookups) constitutes consumption of the digital service
• Once any credits or balance have been used, you consent to the performance of the digital service
• This is clearly communicated to you at the point of purchase and before any payment is taken
• If you are unsure about the service, we encourage you to use the free trial before committing to a paid subscription

此政策旨在對雙方公平：您可在試用期間免費試用服務，一旦付款並使用點數後，已消費的服務將無法「退回」。

6. 免費試用

7天免費試用無需信用卡，亦無需付款，故無退款事宜。試用期間提供有限度的人工智能及查詢功能，讓您在訂閱前評估服務。如您選擇在試用後訂閱，則適用上述標準退款條款。

7. 如何申請退款

申請退款最簡便快捷的方式是透過支援工單：

1. 登入您的Mekavo控制台，前往訊息
2. 以「退款申請」為主題建立新的支援工單
3. 請列明您申請退款的付款項目及原因
4. 我們的團隊將審核您的申請並直接在工單內回覆

您亦可發送電郵至 ，但支援工單因與您的帳戶連結，處理速度更快。

8. 處理時間

• We aim to review all refund requests within 3 business days
• Approved refunds are processed via Stripe to your original payment method in HKD
• Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer
• When a refund is processed for a credit pack, any remaining balance will be automatically removed from your account

9. 例外情況

在以下情況下，我們保留拒絕退款的權利：

• 退款申請在合資格退款期（14天）後提出
• 已購買的任何點數或餘額已被使用（服務已消費）
• 帳戶因違反我們的使用條款而被終止
• 偵測到欺詐性或濫用性的退款行為

在特殊情況下（例如服務中斷、帳單錯誤），我們可酌情發出善意退款或點數。
